The Cursor-On-Target (CoT) Event data model defines an XML data schema for exchanging time sensitive position of moving objects between systems. The state of the art for such communication exchanges involves the TCP / IP stack. In this paper, we extend The CoT data schema so that it is better adapted to Web Service-based communication exchanges.
