This case report describes a rare case of a man who developed a new tumor in his cutaneous ureterostomy stoma five years after radical cystectomy for bladder cancer. He underwent a robot-assisted operation to completely remove the tumor and reconstruct his urinary diversion with an ileal conduit. The 400-minute procedure was successful with only 150mL of blood loss. Following chemotherapy and immunotherapy, the patient had no evidence of recurrence or complications after 10 months.
