About this document
Aplicação de Modelagem Bayesiana para Ensaios Diagnósticos de Mycobacterium by Allena Melo is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study evaluates the diagnostic accuracy of four tests for detecting Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) in sheep and goats, focusing on a newly standardized Mce-truncated ELISA (Mt-ELISA). The results indicate that Mt-ELISA demonstrates higher sensitivity in sheep compared to other tests, while IP-ELISA shows the highest sensitivity in goats. Overall, the findings suggest that Mt-ELISA is a viable option for MAP detection in small ruminant flocks.
