What is Kenji Okuda about?

Kenji Okuda wrote a letter to Norio Higano from the Camp Harmony internment camp on Memorial Day 1942. In the letter, Okuda expressed his feelings about being interned on Memorial Day and described life in the camp. He discussed the poor living conditions in the overcrowded barracks and mess halls. While he acknowledged it was better than being in jail, Okuda remained unhappy about being confined without cause.
