This study analyzed the concentrations of essential minerals and trace elements in goat and cow milk, as well as various dairy products, focusing on fermented products and traditional White Slice goat cheese. Results indicated that goat milk had higher levels of magnesium and iron, while cow milk had higher zinc concentrations. The findings highlight the nutritional differences between goat and cow dairy products, emphasizing the potential benefits of goat milk in human nutrition.
