Multiple drugs No response: 3 case reports In a case series, three patients (two men and one woman) aged 26-44 years were described, who exhibited no response following treatment with adalimumab, infliximab, vedolizumab or unspecified anti-TNF-monoclonal-antibodies for Crohn's disease [CD; routes and dosages not stated].Patients 1: A 35-year-old woman, who had ileocolonic CD, underwent intestinal resections and colectomy with ileoanal pouch. She was treated with vedolizumab and unspecified multiple Anti-TNF-monoclonal-antibodies. However, she failed these therapies. Thereafter, she was treated with ustekinumab and unspecified steroids. Disease activity did not improve. She then received reloading dose of ustekinumab. Three months later, improvement in clinical and endoscopic measures was noted. She was able to wean off unspecified steroids.Patient 2: A 44-year-old man, who had CD with ileocolitis and perianal fistulas, underwent small bowel resections. He was treated with infiximab. However, he was noted to be primary non-responder to infliximab. He was then treated with vedolizumab but did not respond to the therapy. Later, he was initiated on ustekinumab and unspecified steroids.
