A 47-year-old male presented with a chronic cough and occasional blood in his sputum. X-rays of his chest showed calcified lesions with cavitation in the left lung upper lobe as well as haziness and consolidation in the left lung, consistent with a diagnosis of progressive pulmonary tuberculosis. Degenerative changes were also seen in the spine.
