## Significance Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) metastasis is a major cause for poor prognosis; therefore, developing targeted therapeutics is critical for overcoming it. By proteomic analysis of tumor secretome, we identified the galectin-3 binding protein as a druggable target for PDAC metastasis. Further, we developed an antibody for the galectin-3 binding protein and showed that the antibody-mediated blockade is a promising therapeutic strategy for PDAC.
