What is Cooking Against Racism: Youth Exchange about?
This 9-day youth exchange in Paris from September 2-10, 2019 aims to promote mutual understanding and solidarity through cooking. 40 young participants from 5 partner associations will cook together for 8 days, exchanging traditional recipes and sharing practices for intercultural cooperation and fighting racism. Through workshops and cooking, participants will discuss European citizenship and cross-cultural barriers while gaining job skills. At the end, they will prepare a dinner for local people.
