This case report describes the treatment of a 23-year-old female patient with discolored and dilacerated maxillary incisors due to childhood trauma. The right central incisor had crown dilaceration and proclination requiring endodontic treatment followed by 1 year of orthodontic treatment using a Hawley appliance. After orthodontic treatment, a fiber post was placed and a ceramic crown was fabricated to improve esthetics. The discoloration of the left central incisor was addressed with composite restoration
