This study investigates the effects of tramadol on the minimum anesthetic concentration (MAC) of isoflurane in white-eyed parakeets. The results show that the isoflurane MAC in these birds is 2.47%, and administration of tramadol (10 mg/kg) does not significantly alter this MAC value. The findings indicate that tramadol does not change isoflurane MAC in white-eyed parakeets, which is higher than reported for other avian species.
