A 42-year-old woman presented with headaches, vomiting, tripping more frequently, and memory issues over the past 5 months. A physical exam revealed bilateral papilledema and weakness in both legs. A CT scan showed a parasagittal brain mass compressing the brain. A biopsy demonstrated tumor cells characteristic of meningioma. The patient was told she would likely need surgery to remove the tumor.
