This study analyzed the antioxidant activity of the ethyl acetate fraction of binjai (Mangifera caesia) leaf ethanol extract. Binjai leaves were extracted using ethanol through a soxhlet extraction to obtain an ethanol extract. This extract was then fractionated to obtain an ethyl acetate fraction. The antioxidant activity of this fraction was analyzed using the DPPH radical scavenging method and compared to ascorbic acid as a positive control.
