What is Demand-Control-Support & CWB Study about?

The study investigates the Demand-Control-Support (DCS) and Effort-Reward Imbalance (ERI) models as predictors of Counterproductive Work Behaviors (CWBs) among nurses in public hospitals in Hamadan, Iran.
