## Cyclophosphamide/nicardipine Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome: 2 case reports In a case series involving 3 patients, 2 adolescent patients including a girl [not all sexes stated] were described, who developed posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) during treatment with cyclophosphamide (1 patient) and nicardipine (1 patient) [indications, routes, dosages and outcomes not stated]. Case 2: The girl had been receiving cyclophosphamide for an unspecified indication. Then she started receiving treatment with nicardipine drip. During treatment, she developed PRES secondary to nicardipine and cyclophosphamide. Case 3: The patient had been receiving treatment with cyclophosphamide for an unspecified indication. Additionally, the patient had status epilepticus. After 2 weeks of initiation of cyclophosphamide, the patient developed PRES secondary to cyclophosphamide.
