An angel tells Philip to travel south on the road from Jerusalem to Gaza. There he meets an Ethiopian eunuch reading Isaiah in his chariot. Philip explains the passage is about Jesus. The eunuch wants to be baptized after believing in Jesus as the Son of God. Philip baptizes him, then the Spirit transports Philip to another location while the eunuch continues on joyfully.
