We recently experienced a case of a patient with partial seizure and nonketotic hyperglycemia who showed unusual MRI findings. T1-weighted imaging showed contrast enhancement, while T2-weighted and FLAIR images showed hypointensities in the subcortical region. This combination of MRI findings with partial seizure and nonketotic hyperglycemia has rarely been reported. The signal changes were transient and improved after controlling the patient
