This study evaluates the short-term clinical outcomes and complications of the Latitude total elbow arthroplasty (TEA) in 20 patients with 23 elbows implanted. Results showed significant improvement in range-of-motion and favorable functional outcomes, with 83% scoring good or excellent on the Mayo Elbow Performance Score. However, complications included a 60% rate of radiolucencies, with 31% of these cases progressing in size during follow-up, and four elbows requiring revision surgery.
