This study presents a potassium-doped iron-carbide/alumina nanocatalyst (K-Fe5C2/Al2O3) designed for efficient production of linear alpha olefins via high-temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. The catalyst exhibits high CO conversion rates (up to 90%) and exceptional activity and selectivity for C5–C13 linear alpha olefins under high space velocity conditions. Its durability was confirmed through recycling tests under harsh reaction conditions, demonstrating its potential for industrial applications.
