This addendum provides the consolidated transfer allowance (CTA) rates for employee grades W3 to W6 that were omitted from the previous NBCC "Travelling Allowance" Rules circular. The CTA rates for grades W3 to W6 are now specified, ranging from INR 13850 for W3 to INR 15550 for W6. This addendum was issued to clarify the CTA policy for all employee grades and was approved by the competent authority.
