Assessment of Enamel Surface Microhardness With Different Fluoride Varnishes-An in Vitro Study by tymech2021 is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This in vitro study assessed the enamel surface microhardness after applying three different fluoride varnishes: Fluor protector, Duraphat, and Bifluorid 10. Results indicated that Fluor protector varnish significantly increased enamel microhardness compared to the other two varnishes after 7 days. The findings suggest that fluoride varnishes are effective noninvasive agents for enhancing enamel hardness in young children to combat early carious lesions.
