The erratum concerns the method description. On p. 57, Section 4.2, second paragraph, we state that all questionnaires B of a given team had to be returned as well in order to be used for identifying and excluding non-participants. In fact, however, we simply used all the available information we could obtain from questionnaires B (along the lines described), regardless of how many questionnaires B per team we received back. As the paper correctly states, we then excluded people that did not participate according to at least two fellow team members.
