This study assessed the pre-operative and post-operative outcomes of mini-open carpal tunnel release (mOCTR) in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). Results showed significant improvements in symptom severity, functional status, and pain at 2 and 6 weeks post-surgery, with no major complications reported. The findings suggest that mOCTR is a safe and effective procedure for relieving CTS symptoms and improving hand function.
