The study aimed to evaluate several serological tests for diagnosing brucellosis and to compare their effectiveness in detecting different clinical types of the disease. The tests included the Rose Bengal test, standard agglutination test, enzyme immunoassay for IgM, IgA and IgG, and the 2-mercaptoethanol test.
