This study compared the effectiveness of ketorolac, dexketoprofen, and paracetamol in reducing pain in 15 patients after lower extremity orthopedic surgery at Nganjuk Hospital in East Java, Indonesia. Pain was assessed using a Visual Analog Scale (VAS). The results found that ketorolac injection 30 mg/ml was the most effective at reducing the mean VAS score (the parameter for pain) within 24 hours compared to dexketoprofen 50 mg/2 ml and paracetamol 1000 mg/100 ml.
