This thesis examines the role of microfinance institutions in poverty reduction, focusing on services provided by Addis Credit and Saving Institute in Yeka sub city of Addis Ababa. The study aims to identify factors influencing access to microfinance, barriers to obtaining credit, and the impact of microfinance on poverty.
