About this document

Inhibition of Return in Subliminal Priming by Laura Tanase is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study combined an exogenous spatial cueing paradigm with a masked repetition priming task to investigate how inhibition of return (IOR) influences the processing of subliminal stimuli. Participants performed a letter classification task with briefly presented peripheral primes that were either cued or not cued by an abrupt onset. A long delay between cue and prime was used to induce IOR. Results showed standard cueing effects for primes in the left visual field, but no priming from valid cues for prime
