This study reviews 247 patients with cancer therapy-induced left ventricular dysfunction, focusing on those with significant declines in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Among the 79 patients analyzed, most experienced recovery of LVEF following cardiac interventions, allowing 76% to continue their planned cancer therapies. The findings highlight the importance of early cardiac intervention in improving outcomes for cancer patients experiencing cardiotoxicity.
