## In(OH) 3 In 2 O 3 Ultrasonic Nano-structures a b s t r a c t In(OH) 3 and In 2 O 3 nano-structures have been synthesized from the reaction of In(CH 3 COO) 3 and sodium hydroxide by a sonochemical method. The effects of reaction conditions, such as the concentration of the In 3+ ion, aging time and power of the ultrasonic device have been investigated. The In 2 O 3 and In(OH) 3 nano-structures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA), Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) and Energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) technique.
