The Department of Public Works and Highways has issued an order to prohibit the use of duplicate or xeroxed copies of quality control test reports for the acceptance and payment of materials. Only original and legible copies of test reports will be accepted to prevent the use of inferior materials in projects. This order supersedes a previous directive and takes effect immediately.
