About this document
Groundwater For Sustainable Development by Diego Molano is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates groundwater-surface water interactions in the Lake Babati Basin, Tanzania, using hydrogeochemistry and environmental isotopes. Findings indicate that the lake receives groundwater from recently recharged aquifers and that there is a hydraulic connection between the lake and nearby deep wells. The results highlight the need for integrated water resource management to support sustainable development in the region.
