My family took a travel trip to Tacloban City in the Philippines. Some highlights included taking habal-habal transportation, which are motorbikes with seats for 3 people, to explore the beautiful Tulaan Falls. We also experienced the unique Pintados-Kasadyaan Festival, where dancers have their entire bodies painted in colorful designs to resemble ancient tattooed warriors and perform cultural dances representing different towns in the region. It is a memorable showcase of local culture and history.
