This study aimed to determine the levels of profenofos pesticide residue in lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) samples from Padang Luar region, West Sumatra. The lettuce samples were divided into three groups based on treatment: untreated, washed with water, and washed with detergent. Gas chromatography with flame photometric detector was used to analyze the profenofos residue levels.
