This study analyzed the mineral composition of dried flowers from 8 species and cultivars of ornamental plants that are edible. Flowers were harvested at full bloom from 2014-2015 in Szczecin, Poland and analyzed for their macroelement (N, P, K, Na, Ca, Mg, S), microelement (Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn), and heavy metal (Ni, Pb, Co, Cd) content.
