About this document

Career Anxiety by shasnathakku351 is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study investigates the effects of career anxiety and career indecision on the psychological well-being of higher education students, using a sample of 200 individuals aged 18-25. Results indicate that while there is no significant difference in career anxiety or psychological well-being between undergraduates and postgraduates, undergraduates show higher career indecision, which correlates negatively with aspects of psychological well-being. The findings suggest the need for early intervention and care
