In that he has largely succeeded and the book should be of value in undergraduate courses on micrometeorology, filling a significant gap in the literature. I am less convinced of its value as a source text for graduate students, since the reference list is not sufficiently comprehensive for that purpose. The price of $39.95 may deter some students.
