What is Royal Navy Recruitment Process Update about?
The Royal Navy has recently reviewed and updated their recruitment process to make the journey from application to entry smoother, faster, and easier for candidates. Key changes include candidates taking their pre-joining fitness test and face-to-face medical assessment at the Candidate Preparation Course. Additionally, from November 23rd onward, Royal Marines candidates will complete their pre-joining fitness test with serving Royal Marines at military bases across the UK. There is no change to the process
