What is Glaser about?

This document is a second amended complaint filed by Aaron Glaser against Upright Citizens Brigade LLC and related entities. Glaser alleges that in 2016, he was banned from the Upright Citizens Brigade based on unfounded allegations of past sexual misconduct without being given a fair hearing or opportunity to defend himself. He claims this was a violation of his civil rights and that the defendants acted with bias against him due to his gender. The complaint seeks damages and declaratory relief.
