What is Personal Training Agreement and Policies about?

Elemental Physique has a cancellation policy that requires clients to cancel at least 12 hours before their scheduled training session to avoid being charged. The first short-notice cancellation of less than 12 hours will be free, but subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged. No-shows are not eligible for the free cancellation. Clients can call 614-571-3768 to cancel. Elemental Physique also has a refund policy to refund clients for any unused sessions or services if they are not satisfied.
