The document examines the effects of adding ground granulated blast furnace slag (ggbs) to lime-stabilized kaolinite containing sulphates. Laboratory tests were conducted to determine the strength development and linear expansion of compacted cylinders containing different levels of ggbs and sulphates when moist cured. The results showed that small additions of ggbs reduced expansion significantly when exposed to water without negatively impacting strength.
