Can I read Estrogen Derivatives of Transition Metal Carbonyl Clusters for Analytical Detection Enhancement on EtoBox?

Estrogen Derivatives of Transition Metal Carbonyl Clusters for Analytical Detection Enhancement by Domenico Osella; Olimpia Gambino; Roberto Gobetto; Carlo Nervi; Mauro Ravera; Gerard Jaouen is a Chemistry article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Estrogen Derivatives of Transition Metal Carbonyl Clusters for Analytical Detection Enhancement about?

We herein describe the labelling of ethynylestradiol with metal carbonyl fragments, namely -(CO),, -M&-CO)(CO), (M = Ru, OS) and -Ru,(p-H)(CO)r,. The solution structure of Ru,(~L-CO)(CO)~ (ethynylestradiol) cluster has been studied by means of variable-temperature (VT) t3C NMR spectroscopy. This derivatization can be useful for detection enhancement in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) separation, since the metal carbonyl moieties act as efficient markers for the UV detection mode at the usually employed 254 nm wavelength.

Who reads Estrogen Derivatives of Transition Metal Carbonyl Clusters for Analytical Detection Enhancement?

It is typically read by researchers, students, and practitioners in Chemistry.
