What is Design of High Frequency Transformers for Solar Power Plants about?
Renewable energy has advanced quite significantly during the past couple of decades, particularly distributed photovoltaic and wind power. For renewable energy sources to generate usable power, high-frequency transformers are an essential element of inverter circuits. Batteries powered by DC voltage are used by solar panels to store their energy. However, AC voltage is required for use in homes and businesses. It is possible to turn on and off the DC voltage and convert it to a 120V AC voltage so that it may be used thanks to power inverters and the high frequency transformers within. The fundamental operating principles for conventional transformers and high-frequency transformers are the same. High-frequency transformers operate between 20 kHz and over 1MHz. In this thesis, an effective high-frequency transformer design for a push-pull converter employing the kg approach was developed in this study. To design high-frequency transformers, a code was developed. High-frequency transformer design calculations are typically performed manually or with the aid of Excel, which takes a lot of time and effort. So, using MATLAB's app builder tool, in order to enter input parameters and view
