What is Enhancing Wound Healing with p-MEF-ADM about?

This study investigates the use of primary mouse embryonic fibroblasts (p-MEF) seeded on bubaline acellular diaphragm matrix (ADM) to enhance full-thickness dermal wound healing in rats. Results showed that p-MEF seeded ADM significantly improved wound contraction and healing rates compared to control and other treatment groups, with complete healing observed by day 28. The findings suggest that p-MEF seeded ADM has strong potential as a bioengineered scaffold for skin regeneration.
