On June 27th, 2016 I sent a Freedom of Information Act request to the United States Department of State that is in regards to and that is pertaining to the situation in the Philippines. Death squads are and have been involved in the summary executions of criminals and of individuals that are or that have been suspected to have committed a crime in the country. The government of the Republic of the Philippines has been known to openly support the targeted killings of suspected criminals and of individuals
