What is Understanding VAK Learning Styles about?
There are three primary learning styles: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Visual learners learn best through seeing or reading. Auditory learners learn best through listening. Kinesthetic learners learn best through doing and moving. Most people have a dominant learning style but use all three. As trainers, we should present information in all three styles so that all learners can engage regardless of their preference and reinforce their learning.
