What is Smudged Windows - Scenes From Home During A Pandemic about?

The document is a photo essay and written reflection by Brent Luvaas documenting scenes from his home in suburban Philadelphia during the COVID-19 lockdown of 2020. Through blurred and ambiguous photos taken through windows, it seeks to capture the alienation and mundanity of pandemic life confined at home, while the accompanying text adds further emotional complexity. The images and text present an immersive perspective on the emotional experience of lockdown.
