What is Convert Active to Passive Sentences about?

The document outlines 6 steps to change an active sentence into a passive sentence: 1) identify the subject and object, 2) change their positions, 3) identify the verb, 4) insert the verb "to be" in the same tense as the main verb, 5) change the main verb to the third column form, and 6) add "by" before the person doing the action or omit it if not important. It provides an example of changing the active sentence "My mum is writing an email" into the passive sentence "An email is being written (by my mum)."
