This thesis evaluates rope shovel operators in surface coal mining using a Multi-Attribute Decision-Making (MADM) model, focusing on the relationship between production rates and energy consumption. It develops a method for assessing operator performance through attributes and weights determined by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and utilizes the PROMETHEE II model for overall evaluation. The findings aim to assist mining professionals in improving operator performance and operational efficiency.
