The STAAD model was modified by creating groups to facilitate loading and interrogation. Cracking of concrete members was considered and reference loads were created. Selfweight was discretized and applied as floor loads, and seismic loads as per UBC 1997 included accidental mass eccentricity and masses that can generate inertial resistance.
