To download an ePPO from Digilocker, users must first register or login to their Digilocker account. They then scroll down to the Ministry of Defence section and click on the PCDA (P) Allahabad link. Users can then search for and download their ePPO by entering their 12-digit ePPO number or calling the PCDA (P) Allahabad call center if they do not know their ePPO number.
